What this pilot collects

Ava uses your invited email and account details to provide access. Browser calls are recorded and transcribed by the shared DuetDial calling infrastructure. The transcript shown in your browser is sent for AI analysis only when you request a summary.

Why we use it

We use account information to manage access, and call information to deliver and evaluate the interview demo. Approved-email access can be revoked by the operator. This pilot has no public transcript sharing.

Providers and retention

Calling and email use providers configured for the Ava tenant. Requested summaries are processed by OpenAI. Call recording and transcript retention follows the tenant's configured retention period, initially 30 days. Browser transcript and summary state lasts until you leave or reload the page.

Your choices

Review the recording notice before starting. You can end a call at any time. Please use non-sensitive examples. For access, deletion, or retention questions, contact ava@w3dev.app.
